You can link a new chequing or savings account to your Qtrade account by selecting Accounts → Transfer Funds → Electronic Funds Transfer -> Connect to your Financial Institution.
If you can’t find your financial institution listed or are unable to connect your account, you can send us an image of a void cheque with your name and address. This can be uploaded online in Accounts → Transfer Funds → Electronic Funds Transfer and selecting Upload a void cheque.
It may take up to two business days for your account linking to be completed once you complete these steps.
