How do I request de-registration via e-mail or mail?

Deregistration withdrawal from your RRSP or TFSA can be done on the website in Accounts-->Transfer Funds-->Withdraw Registered Funds. But you can also complete a form as follows:

1. Download the RSP Deregistration Form
2. Fill out and sign the form
3. Send the completed form to Qtrade:
   - Email: directinvesting@qtrade.ca
   - Mail: Qtrade Direct Investing, 700-1111 West Georgia Street. Vancouver, BC. Canada V6E 4T6
