You can request to make a change to the type of shareholder material you want to receive by filling out the Shareholder Communication form which you may scan and email to directinvesting@qtrade.ca.
Within the Shareholder Communication form, if you object to Section 1, you will be responsible for costs incurred by Canadian reporting issuers that are associated with delivering mandatory securityholder materials to you. In Section 2, however, you can decline to receive all materials.
Only some issuers have the option to send materials via email. The method to enroll for it would be described in the written materials sent to you already.
