If you did not receive shareholder communication materials, it may be due to a recent address change which was after the record date for the company, or it may be because you had elected to not receive shareholder communication. You can contact Qtrade at 1.877.787.2330 to confirm what your elections are regarding shareholder communication.
If your address has changed, it is important to submit a change of address for all client IDs via our website. Corporate address change requests can be submitted using the change of address form via email to directinvesting@qtrade.ca.
